Our Procedure:

Order Confirmation:

Once our finance department confirms your order, you will receive a customer number and a paid invoice via email.

Account Manager Assignment:

We will assign an account manager who specializes in your industry. They will reach out to you to gain a deeper understanding of your business, ensuring that the logo designs align with your business’s characteristics and services.

03.

Design Creation:

Your account manager will oversee the creation of 2 to 5(depends as per your package) unique logo designs, tailored to your industry and color preferences. These designs will be ready for your review within 24 to 48 hours.

04.

Feedback and Revisions:

Upon completion, your account manager will share the logo concepts with you via email and follow up with a call to gather your feedback. Based on your input, we can either finalize the design or make further revisions.

05.

Selection or Additional Requests:

You have the flexibility to select your preferred logo from the initial designs or request additional options. If you wish to refine any of the presented logos, we are happy to make the necessary adjustments to meet your exact specifications
