We do not offer any refunds for marketing services, as we deal in digital marketing and pay platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, Twitter, and other digital marketing platforms upfront for your brand awareness, interactions, and conversions. We will provide you with regular reports and feedback on the performance of your marketing campaigns, but we cannot guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
Printing
We do not offer any refunds for printing services, as we print your materials according to your specifications and requirements. You are responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of your materials before placing an order with us. We will provide you with a proof of your materials for your approval, but we cannot make any changes or corrections after you have approved the proof and confirmed the order.
Other Services
For any other services that we provide, such as branding, book publishing, graphic design, video production, etc., you can request a refund within 60 days of purchasing the service from us, as long as you meet the general refund policy and provide a valid reason for requesting a refund. You must also agree to not use or publish any files or materials that we sent you as part of the service.
